There are a lot of myths out there about working mothers and staying in shape. The truth is, it is possible to do both! With a little planning and some creativity, you can easily incorporate a workout into your busy mom lifestyle and still be a great parent.

Here are some tips to get you started:

  • Plan ahead: If you know you have a busy day ahead, take some time the night before to plan out your workout. Whether it’s setting aside 30 minutes for a quick jog around the block or an hour for a trip to the gym, put it in your schedule and make it a priority.
  • Get the whole family involved: Kids love to be active, so why not make it a family affair? Go for a bike ride, play tag in the park or shoot some hoops in the driveway. Not only will you be getting in a good workout, but you’ll also be spending quality time with your kids.

  • Be patient with yourself: It’s okay if you don’t have time for a full workout every day. Just do the best you can and be proud of yourself for taking care of your body. Remember, every little bit counts!
